Risk disclosure

Smart-contract risk. Vaults custody pooled assets. Contracts are immutable, but no code is risk-free. Never deposit more than you can afford to lose.

Market risk. ETF shares track volatile equities. Returns shown are historical, net of fees, and are not predictions or advice.

Issuer risk. Tokenized stocks are issued by a third party that retains the power to pause or block token transfers. A paused constituent can affect one-click flows for affected ETFs; in-kind redemption of unaffected constituents continues.

Regulatory risk. Tokenized securities are not available to US persons and are restricted in some jurisdictions. Creators are not licensed advisers. Access is geofenced; eligibility attestation is required before transacting.

Terms of service

By using the app you accept the protocol’s fee schedule (entry ≤3%, management ≤3%/yr, exit ≤1%, 10% protocol cut of creator fees), acknowledge that transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain, and confirm you are not a US person or resident of a restricted region. The interface is provided as-is; the vaults operate autonomously on Robinhood Chain.

Privacy

We store no personal data beyond wallet addresses and SIWE session tokens. Region checks run at the edge and store only a pass/fail flag. On-chain activity is inherently public.
